Job Seeker personal information (namely, your name, telephones numbers,
email addresses, and home address) is not displayed on the site except in your
own personal, secure login section. Your overall skills and employment history
(your Resume) are displayed online and are freely searchable and viewable by
employers. If an employer wishes to contact you they must first register and
pay, then they must request your contact details through the Gurus.com.au web
site. You will then be sent an email from the site asking
your permission to forward your personal details to the Advertiser.
Advertiser
Information
Advertiser
information (such as company name, address, phone numbers, email address, url
and contact names) may be displayed online in your job advertisements, company
listings and other such places on the web site. The information displayed
is only the information you provide to us when registering and using the web
site. You can sign in to your advertiser account on Gurus.com.au and edit
or remove any of your details at any time.
Access to your information:
Registered Job Seekers and Employers can sign in and access their information
anytime. This information can be viewed, updated, or deleted at any time.
Individuals are able to exercise their rights as outlined in the Privacy Act
when relating to information recorded and stored by Gurus.com.au. However,
access may be refused in those situations where it would impact on the privacy
rights of other persons or breaches any confidentiality agreement relating to
that information. If at any time your details change or you would like to
access any personal information we have collected about you, our Privacy
Officer will be able to assist you.

NowHiring will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal
information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date.
